::JDL installed a new RCD a few months ago, after we've had years of the electricity supply tripping off even when a light bulb blew. They came to assess the job when they said they would, they gave us a reasonable quote and did the job efficiently and professionally. Best of all we've had no trouble whatsoever with it since! ::Poor customer service. Phoned today enquiring about an apprenticeship, the woman who answered put me on hold then knocked me off by accident and I heard them talking in the background for her to tell me he wasn't in and wasn't picking up the other phone just because he couldn't be bothered. Not impressed at all.
