  Ordered at 15.10 arrived over an hour later far too long for an empty restaurant. The mains were just ok. The desserts came out after 30 minutes which wasn't bad. However they tried to bring them out with the table still full of the dinner plates and remainders of the food. The apple pies were cold to the touch and custards had skin over the top and again stone cold. The 'chocolate cookie crown' (chocolate brownie with a cookie base) was hard (microwaved?) completely inedible. One waitress was very apologetic and seemed to be very embarrassed of the wait and forgetfulness of other staff but not a thing from the manager! We're not a family who have EVER complained about ANY food or service until this visit!

  Nice food, typical chain operation , great for kids, but there is quiet area to sit away from children

  This venue is beside a busy road into Sittingbourne and just off the A249 and part of a large housing estate. It is very popular with the locals and gets a fair amount of passing trade too. The food is not fancy but good pub grub and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they keep the place clean and tidy.

  Newly refurbished and very smart. Friendly staff, good choice of draft mainstream beers and acceptable pub grub. Recommend for a good lunch or casual night out.

  Had lunch here with some friends. Burger I had was superb. Service was quick and polite, will come again definitely.
