::In 2017, I couldn't fault Jessops in Norwich. Feb 2018 though and it was a different story. I was in buying mode but the staff weren't in selling mode. The place was empty and after an initial bit of attention and help, the chap wandered off to chat with his colleagues and made no attempt whatsoever to help me further. Being convinced that the store wasn't bothered whether I spent money or not, I left.
