::In a word, appalling !!!! I went to The Birkenhead branch to order a 'Sundeala' board. They come in 8' x4' sheets. I asked could they cut it to the size I needed. it was a straight no !!!! No explanation at all, as to why they couldn't, just a straight no. This is very poor customer service, so I shall take my buisness elswhere. I know it is not a huge order, but each customer, large or small should be treated with respect and civility. Sadly, Jewsons failed in this aspect. I do hope that they read this. I have had to fill in the review form, but quality and appeal do not figure in this review, so I have marked them as poor, although I have no knowlefge of their qualirt or appeal. Thank you.
