  Been going here for years... when Joe was still with us it was the only place to go... after today's lack of friendliness... not sure... my 7 year old son asked if the display plant under their sign was real... ignored... so i asked for him and was scoffed at... what do you think!? Has Joe's name... But not the same

  Quite a small shop and plants that are for sale are quite expensive... staff not very knowledgeable about plants or their names..

  WARNING: TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USE!!...Totally ruined my surprise flowers from my husband for our 16th anniversary. Communication between themselves and customer very poor. Lack of empathy disgraceful. Appalling customer service. Not interested in resolving issues caused to ensure customer service delivered. Used Joe Austin for years, unfortunately not the same service, will not use again!! (Should be zero star rating).

  Honestly, if there was somewhere else in the area is rather go there. Not particularly inspiring selection. Not very friendly service - felt like I was putting them out. Have got more for less in other florists. I asked them to put a selection together for me because it's not my area of expertise. They kept asking me about each flower they added!!

  I came in here on Saturday with my husband as I had noticed that they had some gorgeous peonies in stock. A member of staff noticed us and said that she would be with us in a moment. A couple of minutes later a different member of staff came out and served a gentleman who was in line behind us. We didn't want to make a fuss so continued to wait patiently. The original member of staff poked her head out of the back room, saw that we we still waiting but did not act on this and returned to the back room. After 5 more minutes of waiting we decided to give up and left the shop. Very poor customer service, I won't be returning anytime soon.
