::Terrible customer service and only interested in making as much money as they can. Went to see a vehicle, which was their demo. The car had been described “as new” yet one of the wheels was badly damaged, there were scratches on the trim, and to top it off, crumbs all on the drivers seat and inside the interior. Just to further prove that money is their only motivation, they sent a quote with over £4K worth of extras that I hadn’t even requested. Won’t be dealing with them again.

::I got myself a old 54 plate Type-R, Went in for some parts that were missing and they were delivered the next working day, the atmosphere was good and they were very helpful and keen to do a health check. So I booked it in for that and some other jobs too. And got.... Good Sevice a replacement car, and the price was very reasonable too. Will use them again Very Helpful Thanks

::I am unable to rate them any stars. They have been absolutely abysmal. Not only they took their time fixing my car, but also, no help or care with letting me have a courtesy car. They don't care about customers at all. When I went to collect my car they had caused a dent in it and had the audacity to admit that they drove my car to Saffron Walden and back, used up petrol in it and did not even leave a little for me to get myself to a petrol station. I had to carry with me a can of petrol to fill in enough to be able to get myself to petrol station. They have also left a stain mark in my seat. Not washed and cleaned the car before returning it to me. I am not going back to these uncaring incompetent people who are ruining the name of Honda. I am already in the process of submitting a complaint via Honda GB. By the way, is it ok to return the car without any paperwork to show what they have done to it!!!??? Yes this garage thinks it os ok to do that.

::I purchased my car from Bury in the end but I went to see a car at Cambridge and the people there including the lady on the counter at the front who made me coffee while I was waiting was lovely - I test drove a car there but then the guy told me of another one the same with less miles at the Bury site which was a better fit for what I was looking for so they sent me there without any pressure to buy immediately from them which was very professional and kind so I will definately be telling my friends to go there.
