  Department store lovely but disappointed that the Patisserie in the restaurant had run out of cream for the scones. Do they do a regular stock check, obviously not. Very poor John Lewis

  Department store stocking varieties of branded goods. All items we have purchased for our house are high quality which lasts. Always, pleasure to be served by caring staff. They have "place to eat" with tables in the balcony overlooking inside the mall.

  Had dinner and a cup of tea. Chose the leek chicken and ham pie with chips and peas. The pie was lovely but it takes a particular set of skills to make sure all components of a dish are cold.

  Large department store on a number of floors with escalators and lifts. Selling everything from perfumes to washing machines, clothes to toys and everything in between. Comfortable restaurants. Helpful staff. As they say, never knowingly undersold and in fact I have received discounts on a couple of occasions when I saw something cheaper elsewhere.

  I brought a Jelly Belly Sweet machine a week ago, when it was opened the glass broke, I did not think to keep my receipt but had proof as i paid by card. Jon at this store was more than helpful and very professional about the exchange of my item. brilliant customers/returns service. thank you Jon.
