  We ordered a bed and mattress and they duly arrived on the agreed day and time. Unfortunately, the bed arrived damaged but the John Lewis staff were very courteous and helpful in dealing with the problem. They immediately ordered a replacement and within minutes we were contacted by a John Lewis's Customer Service employee who apologized to us for the inconvenience, without us asking she gave us a good will discount and dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. The next week the new bed arrived, it was fitted very quickly and competently, we are delighted. Well done John Lewis! We have been clients for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work! Recommended!

  I loved the twinnings tea and the chocolate cake at Cambridge, but the 2 girls behind the counter in the café was just shocking and uncomfortable. The fact they was standing behind the counter doing nothing but talking about girl things but loud enough for people to hear is just unacceptable.. Especially for John Lewis! It's just chit chat that can be done over text or elsewhere other than work.. I very much doubt I'd use this restaurant again..

  Too much to tell!!! Just love it. Great choice of stuff and lovely staff and fab atmosphere....always cheers me up. Always find what I want and it's always the best quality for a great price :)

  BE CAREFUL. You refund may NOT be processed. If you paid your item with gift card, John Lewis said the refund will be your on-line credit, but they may not refund at all if you do not ask. It happened a few times for me. Also, you on-line credit can NOT be used as a part payment if you are going to pay by gift card. John Lewis now is try to get your money in its pocket.

  I had a coffee and cheese scone in the cafe yesterday and was Dry disappointed. The cheese scone was very over baked ( as were the fruit scones) and had no flavour. I was unable to finish it. If I was in the kitchen they would NOT have been served. I wonder if you have had any other comments re the scones! I should ha e had a piece of cake instead!............. Diana Bee!
