  I went here just to nip and grab some bits and bobs for my own birds, ended up having a great experience chatting to the owner who was very knowledgeable and plenty of birds/fish avaliable. Highly enjoyable experience only issue is that I would say it was a shame the shop was small.

  I phoned the store about buying a few items and they were rather ABRUPT I said I would pop in tomorrow and they said that the shop will be CLOSED on Sunday's but they state on the website that they are open on SUNDAYS so I think they need to UPDATE their website information ASAP and also learn to be POLITE to POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. I would NEVER use this shop and I would NOT recommend them. I thought the saying is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

  First of all i would just like to say how dirty the shop is. Needs a good clean!! Then secondly i purchased about 20 Fish from here last week and about 7 of them have died. Nothing to do with my tank or water as i have kept fish for a long time and have never had a problem like this before. None of the existing fish i had have died, just the new ones i have recently bought. I would avoid buying fish from here unless you want to be fishing out dead ones nearly everyday!
