  Clean store, just a little on the expensive side compared to pets at home for exactly the same products

  Easy parking. Good value. Friendly staff very helpful an gave plenty of advice. Will go back deffinetly

  Staff could be more flexible with their standard operation procedures regarding scanning in reward cards. I wasnt explained properly about why they can't scan it in after I bought my things...surely the IT system isnt that strict?
