  Shocking company, Their agent Didn't turn up for a viewing I had booked, Even after I phoned them 5 mind before the booking and they confirmed the agent was on the way... then When I called back after waiting 15 mins I was informed he had been there and left and would not be coming back...wasting my time Judging by the other reviews I should have expected this shoddy service.

  I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and more importantly dishonest agents. Carol Walton from the Liverpool branch basically lied to us throughout the entire process. We jumped through hoops to provide all the necessary IDs she needed to take the property off the market. She made it extremely difficult and despite all our good efforts and delivering all the required documents, she never took the property off the market and lied to us saying that there is a technical glitch and that is why she cannot take it off the website. The vendor pulled out weeks later and we lost all our solicitor and valuation fees. When we called Carol, she pretended she did not know anything, never followed up with us with any sort of explanation and to this day we still see the property we tried to purchase advertised on Jones and Chapman's Liverpool website. Awful service. Avoid, unless you want to be lied to.

  Unforgettably hopeless. I brought a house via this company - I use that term in the vaguest sense of the word. The team are more akin to a gaggle than a co-ordinated business. I purchased a house that they were selling that completed late last year. From enquiry to completion Jones and Chapman did nothing but be obstructive and difficult - almost entirely out of ineptitude rather than I believe malintent. Just as a taste of their incompetence when I went to collect the keys for the house I had purchased - at some considerable expense as I’m sure everyone is aware - Jones and Chapman kindly gave me the keys to another property... I’ll just let that sink in.... In retrospect I’m sure this is not an isolated incident as their system of knowing which keys belong to which house is hopeless - they would be better of keeping all the keys in a pot and picking them out at random rather than continuing to use their current systems. I would be surprised if they have a license to work as an estate agent and in fact I’d be rather relieved if they didn’t as they’re mere existence as a registered estate agent debases the industry.

  Very rude estate agent they make you feel like they are doing you a favour they don't get back to you when making offers

  Very difficult to get in contact with the right department, seems that people are to set in their role and haven't got the capacity to step up and take responsibility for another department, not very helpful or supportive when you are trying to get a bit of advice, quite disappointing really. seems also that only certain people within a department have access to any useful information and if they are absent then there is not much point going in. I have asked for somebody to contact me and that does not happen. so far after a really promising start with lots of help, the after care has been a let down.
