  Have stayed on many occasions here and this was the best. Staff all very friendly and helpful, The room was spotless, the bed fabulous and a nice touch with treats in the fridge too. Great location for city shopping and sightseeing. They have some construction works there but it's only during the day and it didn't affect my stay in any way, great sleep in a quiet cosy room. Will be back soon and use this as a base for checking out the Game of Thrones tours.

  If you're getting a bus up to Belfast jury's is 5 minutes away from the stations! Very central, the hotel does need a little tlc, stayed here a few times. Parking unfortunately is around the corner and is expensive if you stay here getting up early to avoid additional costs on the car has to be done! Otherwise you'll get ripped off. Nice staff all in all. And staff where lovely

  Absolutely superb hotel, spotless, room & bedding. Breakfast was help your self & more than sufficient. Staff very welcoming & pleasant. Would highly recommend staying here A+

  Nice central hotel, good food, but refrigerator beneath my room going on and off every few minutes was unacceptable. When I mentioned it at checkout they knew about it- but were still letting out the room! Very poor customer experience.

  We had a fantastic overnight stay staff were extremely helpful count do enough for us even offered my wife and myself a complementary drink, had a lovely dinner in the bar. Bed was so comfy and I slept like a log. Highly recommended
