  We were due to arrive at the hotel the month before for a university event, however this got cancelled due to the snow. Rearranging our booking was effortless and the team were very efficient and helpful on the phone. My wife and I decided to stay to get away from the kids, use the fitness facilities and have a meal out at a local restaurant. We arrived before our scheduled check in time but were allowed to park up and go into town. The shipping centres are just a five minute walk so this was very convenient. When we returned the customer service was excellent and the room was lovely. The gym facilities were great and the pool was a good temperature, with a relaxing sauna and steam room. After our meal at a local restaurant we came back for a cocktail each which was a decent price for a hotel and the service at the bar was fantastic. We then retired with a hot chocolate each to our room. Breakfast the next morning was very well equipped and once again a relaxing affair, with the service by the staff exquisite. We would definitely stay again.

  Stayed for 1 night on business. First impressions on entering the hotel were how clean it was with such a lovely scent through the air con, you could smell it throughout the hotel. Checking in staff well presented friendly and helpful, commented on the scent the lady explained that it was jury's inn own signature scent. Bedroom very clean again a lovely scent beds very comfortable. restaurant for breakfast wide choice and Bar done amazing G & T's staying here again in August.

  Stayed for 2 days. I requested extra towels and I got them . I also requested to move rooms and I did. Has a very nice sauna and steam room and an amazing breakfast buffet. Swimming pool is really nice.

  Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast high quality and almost every breakfast item you could think of was on offer. Bar and dining area lovely and relaxing with dimmed lighting and leather furniture. Facilities fantastic with modern gym and superb pool and spa with towels ptovided. Overall exceptional stay

  The room was very nice really clean, comfortable and warm with temperatures controls available to adjust it. The TV had very good reception and the WiFi worked without buffing out. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, everyone in my group ate everything thing. We were so impressed that we will be going back again for other functions. The only thing I would do next time is request a lower floor room due to fact I don't use lifts
