  Kelvin Webb replaced a shower pump of ours. The chap told us to get a 2 bar one. After installing he then announced that the shower itself was allegedly no longer working because the hot water was allegedly not getting through. It turns out that 2 bar is too high, given the position of the pump relative to the cold water tank, and the water was draining too fast, which is probably why he claimed that the shower was not working. He also left the outlet pipes for the pump turning nearly 90 degrees, and apparently they are supposed to come straight out. All in all, avoid.
