  A nice hotel overall but the location was not ideal for me. It was a little bit too far away from the parts of London we wanted to visit and in a fairly residential area (a very pretty neighborhood though). We had trouble finding a restaurant near by that was open late on a Friday. However, it is close to a metro stop and the Westfield mall. (There turned out to be lots of restaurants right next to the mall.) Our room (room 302) was nice - a good size and standard for the price (especially by London standards) but noisy. We could hear everything that was going on in the bar/lounge/lobby area while we were trying to sleep. The spa was great - the head, neck and shoulder massage was heaven! The continental breakfast buffet was great. They served a mix of healthy and sweet with a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and toppings, etc.

  Had a great stay over Christmas with the family. Staff really welcoming and the rooms are nice - but they are really quite dark and aren't designed with women in mind. There's a shelf in the middle of the mirror with the only socket, so hair drying is a challenge and no mirror on the dressing table. But good shower. We had a deluxe room that was nice but it was a shame my Mum was in a junior double, age checked in the day before us and I would have preferred her to have the better room.

  Vacanza piacevolissima. Abbiamo alloggiato al K-West spa all'inizio di gennaio e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questa scoperta. L'albergo è ben collegato al centro mediante bus e metro raggiungibili in cinque minuti a piedi. La camera spaziosa e pulitissima con un letto maxi davvero eccezionale . Un ampio bagno altrettanto pulito con cambio quotidiano della biancheria. Varia e ricca la colazione internazionale della quale abbiamo gradito anche il caffè. Il personale della reception disponibile professionale e cortese, in particolar modo Marco e Salvatore. Il prezzo in linea con il livello dell'albergo e con la media dei prezzi di Londra: consigliatissimo.

  Hotel da 3.5 stelle. Reception ovviamente solo in inglese e zero sforzo per parlare altra lingua che non sia la loro. Colazione continentale inclusa nel prezzo della Camera se nella prenotazione della camera. Quella invece inglese a pagamento. Camere spaziose, noi avevamo una de luxe ma datate. Pulizia non proprio all'altezza per il prezzo 300 sterline a notte e tenete presente che è pieno di moquette. Nel complesso hotel buono ma che avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento nelle camere e soprattutto nei bagni. Spa e palestra a pagamento....25 sterline......

  Super miejsce na odpoczynek i relaks. Posiada wszystkie nowoczesne udogodnienia oraz wyśmienitą kuchnie.
