  I only gave them 1 star so I could write this review. I would not recommend them to anyone . I received the most horrible customer service . I got shellac done on my nails and I asked the girl what the most popular colour was and she told me nude so I decided to go for that colour . In the end you could see the white tips of my mail though the colour , when I complained the lady in charge told me that the nail technician didn't force me to choose this colour and because it was a light nude that's why you could see my tips .. absolute appealing service .

  DON’T BOTHER. Went the day before my mother’s wedding for a polish with her and my sister-in-law. When I was asked for £22 for a simple polish, I was huffed at for saying “no, it’s £12” because it wasn’t a manicure. Later my mother admitted they had charged her £22 for the same service and when she asked for her £10 back they refused to do so. My mother and I left before my sister-in-law. In our absence they demanded SHE pay an extra £3 for ME because I had glitter on two nails. THREE POUNDS - they couldn’t let that go? Not to mention they made someone else pay for work that they shouldn’t have had to. My technician was lovely - gave me a kiss on the cheek as I left because we had a laugh together and chatted about a million things (I think her name was Jola, from Poland), but the manager ruined this review. She was abysmal, rude and seemingly easily irritable. DO NOT GO HERE - they will take their chances to charge whatever they want. And are rude. My mother’s technician snapped at her constantly - bad atmosphere for what was supposed to be a little pre-wedding excitement treat.

  The technician had trouble with my one and only acrylic extension and tried a few times to get it to stick. Eventually it held and my nails were finished. Has to return the next day when the said nail pinged off. The response I got from the woman in charge was to say the least not customer friendly. I explained what hapened and that I would like it repaired as I am off on holiday In the morning. She offered me an appointment the next afternoon which of course wasnt acceptable then she proceed to tell me that the nails were fine when I left the nail bar !!! Well obviously they were. She was adamant that she couldn't do anything helpful and that was that in her book. I said I wanted a refund then and she refunded £4.50 for the cost of the extention. As my nails cost £45.00 I think that refund was on the mean side. WONT BE BACK😠😢😢😢

  Edit- the girls got back to me, made a suitable time for me to come and have repaired my nails! They were very friendly and suggested not to use that colour again as it might not work well for shellac.... lucky I have so many to choose from 😃 Got my nails done with shellac. They chipped the next day. Happily got a repair done, but then they chipped again. Tried to contact them about getting another repair done, got offered the following day. Unfortunately I was working then so wouldn't be able to make it. I let them know about this and ask if there is any other time I could come, got no response.
