  New owners are amazing and have got a variety of staff who are very helpful and very kind love this pet shop would recommend it

  To anyone reading previous comments; please be aware that shop now operates under new management and has nothing to do with previous owners. New staff is pleasant and extremely helpful and I hope they will be able to turn the things around and build new reputation for themselves.

  The best helpful staff in the shop. They help other customers with anything they need. Best pet shop in Radford.

  Despite advertising that they were open they were not. Returned later still not open. No notice saying why. Place looked a tip i feel sorry for any animals that may have been there.
