::Used to be okay years ago but its gone terribly downhill. Food is horrible and genuinely tastes like a frozen dinner that has been badly reheated. Their chefs have no concept of balancing spices correctly, if you order the same dish more than once I guarantee it won't taste the same. Waiting staff are unprofessional and impolite - gone three times and had a lukewarm experience at best. I would definitely not go again considering there are some excellent alternatives within spitting distance.

::Appalling service and phone manner, placed an order at 3pm to pick up at 7.30pm only to be told that the order had not even been started and to top it all off I also got told I've probably rang the wrong restaurant (considering this is the only K.O to my locality). Never again!!!!

::Price is too high for something that seems to taste like it came frozen. Went to collect food there was dense smoke throughout the shop which made it iterating for my eyes and throat and almost all the workers spoke no english and it was like they expected me to speak their language.

::Thrice i went this place. If you are into halal and all you may visit this place. But food was okey. They have some Precooked food lying all day and still charges extraordinary prices. I once bought butter chicken and the quantity @ £ 8 was actually not even enough for 1. Someone brought something in a bowl which Chef put in an pan and kept pouing cream. after 5 mins of cooking the dish was given to me as my takeaway. I am not sure where and how long that bowl was before ending in my take away box. OK FOOD VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY NO NO FOR FAMILY VISITS. Better options are availavble in hounslow and around.
