  Completely agree with the other reviews regarding the young women who works behind the counter. She is so rube and aggressive, she must really hate her job. No customer service at all. I walk pass there everyday to the tube but I rather walk a bit further to use another dry cleaners than to have to deal with her. It just spoils my day! So unless you want to be shouted at in the morning, I would suggest to avoid this place.

  Bad experiences over the past 6 months. They damaged my clothes and offered no compensation, not even apologies. For someone who left a comment saying the owner was very nice, you probably didn't even speak to the owner!! There are many dry cleaners around, don't use this one!

  The service they offer is extremely poor. I went to pick up one parcel today on behalf of a friend and got absolutely abused by the young lady behind the counter. She was so rude and aggressive. All she did was shout at me and tell me I shouldn't be collecting the parcel on behalf of my friend (although my friend had called in the morning and agreed with her or her colleague that I could collect the parcel). There was no need for her aggressive behaviour, she could have explained the situation in a calm manner and I would have walked away. Anyway, in the end she gave me the parcel so I'm not sure why she had to carry on and be so rude about it. I will never go there again!!!

  Two shirts returned with cuts on the sleeve (clean as if done with a knife). Offered no compensation of any kind, was told it was "wear and tear". Stay away.

  Must have changed employees or attitude since each time I've visited in past 5 months it's been very good
