  Very slow service! After 10 minutes of waiting we finally made it to the front of the queue it took them 5 minutes to take our order. Then there was another 20 minutes. The chips were stone cold and dry. We didn't get half our order as after we paid and waited we were told the coffee machine was broken, out of milkshake and even salt! They also shut the drive through at the lunch time! Most disorganised KFC I have ever been to!

  the lady that was working was very very rude and abrupt, i do not appreciate getting spoken to like this, they mixed up my order and my friends and she actually allergic to spice so we had to rush to a&e after..... the chips were stone cold basically fresh out the freezer, i will not be returning here

  Slow and un organised, staff hardly speak english, dont hear you at the window, you wait far too and the food was terrible. Change your staff!

  Good range of the menu available. Service is quick and staff are really friendly
