  Great location in the corner, great service and beautiful fashionable shoes and accesories with a good price range and sale discounts. Downside for me is that small men's sizes (6UK) is not available but can be ordered with payment in advance only.

  Very rude assistant called Isobel Goodridge served me recently. She certainly doesn't represent your Company well. Your returns policy was not explained at purchase by her so I suggest that she receives more training....I will not be returning to your store all the time she is employed by you.

  I popped in today, as my order was partially cancelled, to find pink sandals called Magnolia. I was served by lady with long blond hair. She was so lovely, phoned other stores, write 3x different phone numbers for me to try. And I actually purchased the sandals from Manchester, they will be with me by Friday. What a great customer service. Would return.
