  Customer service was fine and didn't take long to get the car inside to have 4 new tyres fitted however the guys working the shop floor were an absolute disgrace, smoking around customers vehicles, throwing snowballs around inside, deliberately wheel spinning customer cars in the car park just because there was snow on the ground, engines could be heard being revved to the Max in the MOT bay. If my car hadn't been right next to reception and I hadn't been stood next to the glass watching the guy changing my tyres I would have removed my car from there immediately. Zero chance that I will return there, if they can't work well in front of customers then what corners are being cut when they're not being watched?!

  Had to replace tyres which were ordered last evening and fitted today. Efficient service provided and good customer service as drinks were available while waiting

  Phoned twice and was promised a call back twice. Didn't happen. Eventually got through and booked my car in with the promise of another call to confirm time. Call didn't come. Phoned the next day at 10 only to be told we were supposed to be there at 8:30.

  The company should be named Slow Fit! I waited 2 hours to fix a simple puncture. There are almost no mechanics on the shop floor. They should tell customers up front how long the waiting list is. They never do! I was a fool not to ask and could have done other things in the meantime. Never again! (A few days later) As an update, I want to say that the process took more than 3 hours. Furthermore when I left the 'initialize' warning light was on. The mechanic said it would turn off after a short time of driving. It is still on! I checked the tyres and found the problem. Lthough the other three wheels are set at 30psi, the replacement was inflated to 38psi!

  My brake discs were making a noise so booked online for an inspections. Went to my appointment, booking it in was easy, got told they will ring me after the inspections which they did and quoted me for the works. Rang me back again a couple hours later for an hassle free pick up. Only complaint was the price which was dealership level.
