  So strayed away from Bmw garages as was getting ripped off. Decided to take my car to kwick fit, I experienced excellent customer service - met Jay Silver, just like to say is a top bloke, he and the team I met with and done my car were down to earth, very good at their jobs and showing great professionalism with a friendly atmosphere. Pretty sure I saved a couple quid as well. Very pleased customer will be back soon. Awesome my Squeaky brakes are fixed now as well!! Thank you

  Connor managed to book me in for the same morning when I heard a worrying noise in my car. Was up-front about there being a possibility that the diagnostic might mean an over-night stay for the car as they were very busy, but they had it all sorted and checked over for me by midday. Excellent service and will be stopping by here again when another inevitable car problem comes along!

  First-rate! I had a puncture last week and telephoned this branch to book an appointment. The gentleman introduced himself as Connor, and he displayed a really friendly and upbeat manner. He said that I could bring the car in straight away, which I did. I waited for the repair and Tyler gave me my options. It was really refreshing to find a company that did not push the most expensive product. I watched from the waiting room whilst they replaced the tyre. They did a really professional job, including cleaning up the corrosion. The price was also very fair. Whilst waiting a number of other customers came in and were all treated in a most friendly and helpful way and they went the extra mile with all of them. Congratulations on a very professional branch.

  Came here this morning as I had a flat battery so needed a replacement. I came here at exactly 0830 when they open so a few people were waiting. The service was fast and efficient with the price clearly labelled before any work was carried out. The technician replaced my battery almost straight away so I didn’t need to wait long. The only problem with this garage is lack of car-parking as it’s on a main road with double yellows.
