  Not very friendly, not very helpful and definitely not quick! I'll go elsewhere in future.

  Asked how long a wheel change would take to be given the response "i dont know". Bloody morons with exception of 1. 3rd time been here..never experienced such rude n arrogant customer service in all my life. As i commute through lancashire to the east coast. Shipley in west yorks kwik fit is the best...brill bunch of lads...the apprentices/juniors did a top job my tyres there....not like this shite ere who tell me they dunno ow long a tyre change would take. Useless.

  Asked to arrive at 8:30am for MOT test at 9:15. Told it would be about an hour but expected a call to say when it was done like all other garages I have used in my 30+ years of motoring, no call. Called them to be told it was done but they don't call customers as they are 'busy'. All this after calling me at 5:30pm last night to say they couldn't do the service I had booked and payed for and could they rebook it. So now having spoken to customer services I have cancelled the service and will take it somewhere with a better customer service ethos, car passed though so not all bad!
