::I was really impressed with Ricky, who conducted my MOT. He was thorough and, quite rightly, safety-oriented. But he was also fair and reasonable. Like many others, I fear big chains when it comes to MOTs (and generally prefer centres which don't conduct repairs themselves, removing the temptation to 'fabricate' problems), but I think I can safely say that you won't have this problem with Ricky and this branch of Kwik Fit. The rest of the team seemed really nice too.
