  This branch of Kwik fit tried to persuade us to replace four tyres on our audi tt quattro instead of just the two needed using misleading information. Had we gone with it we would have paid double what was necessary. It was only because we couldn't afford four, argued the toss and immediately found someone else who would do what we needed that they, suddenly, discovered, oh yes that they could do it after all!!! Disgusted, and I'm afraid it has coloured my opinion of all kwik fits now.

  DO NOT USE! They will over charge you, by a lot!! I recently took my car for a free exhaust check and I was told it would cost £190 to replace the back box (Rear Silencer) on my car. I also got quotes elsewhere in Liverpool with the best being £83 from National Tyres. In the end I got this problem and few other problems fixed elsewhere and it sill cost me less than their quote for one repair.

  Needed a tyre fast following a puncture. The staff were brilliant. I rang first to check they had my tyre in stock then drove straight there. New tyre fitted quickly and I was on my way again. Great job guys.

  Staff needs proper training to entertain the customers. Poor customer service after sale. Further, there is no system placed to take booking / appointments. Very unprofessional behaviour. Good bye Kwik Fit. You will never see me again.
