  Shocking. I went to get a diagnostics test on my Mini. Firstly the customer service is terrible. A short answered, mumbling man was very dismissive and looked like he didn't have the time. He took my keys and 20 mims later came back and said "There are quite a few faults, its hard to say what's wrong with the car." So I of course asked which faults? He said "4 main faults all to do with air and fuel. I've turned the engine light of now so don't worry". Now what this man doesn't know is that I have some background in vehicles and unfortunately he saw me as a little girl driving a little car. I proceeded to ask for the print out result from the test. To which he replied "There are like 10 different faults, we don't offer print outs."... So first it was 4, now 10 faults and you can't tell me what any of those faults are...? I of course took my keys and refused to pay because the test was obviously never done on my car!! These people might be ok with tyres but on anything else, they are uneducated, poorly trained in customer service and manipulating beyond belief. If you can't do the service, don't offer it!

  Replaces battery and just creates more problems to my car! Uneducated, clueless kids working there

  Polite, Curteous, Clean and very professional as they take pride in what they do and keep you updated all the time with viable options that dont break the bank. Khavi is tops.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Asked for tyres to be checked and they did so swiftly advising they were fine, and even made sure the air pressure was correct.
