  DONT USE KWIK FIT I had a nail in my tyre, I was told it could not be repaired. I spent nearly £400 On two tyre's with alignment but kept the old ones. I took the "unrepairable" tyre to National tyres and autocare 2 minutes away who repaired it straight away. The nail was just of centre and nowhere near the side wall. Kwik fit clearly just wanted to make me spend the extra money.

  Used to love this place. Sadly it's gone very far downhill. Rude, unhelpful and very expensive. Have taken my business elsewhere today and won't be using again.

  Went for a puncture in a tire, they told me it was un-repairable, which is correct as was too close to the tire wall. However they charged me £176 for the new tire, when the same tire is advertised online for £111, so a 50% markup on an advertised price. When I pointed it out to the guy, he said thats an online price and to get that price you have to book in advanced, etc. But its the SAME tire ??? Outrageous, someone has to investigate this rip-off

  I was very happy with the service I received from the team at this site. I can understand some other reviews posted, but I would say that some of the guys are a bit gruff but not rude. Speak to them for more than 2 minutes and you'll realise they are just normal working Joe's. I found the team to be very friendly and efficient. They knew what needed to happen and sorted out with no fuss. I was grateful to them for competing within the time they quoted even though, upon speaking to the manager, it was clear that they had to work though a lot of bureaucracy to achieve this. (Company Car) Thanks, guys.
