  My wing mirror was knocked over. I called them to ask if they can get me a new one and replace the old one. I was told they can't supply the mirror and I need to get one myself. I bought one online and called them to book an appointment. I was told they can't fit customer's own parts. When I clarified I was told by them to get one, they booked me in for today. I came in and was told they can't fit it, because it's gross misconduct. This is ridiculous, their own employees don't seem to know their company rules, everyone is saying different things. I am extremely unhappy, as I have lost a week now and still have no wing mirror fitted AND I spent the money on the new mirror AND now I have to find a garage that will fit my own part. Kwik fit is a JOKE.

  In an emergency and the lads here stayed to help repair a puncture as I needed to get back to Hull. What a crew straight in and done. Definitely recommend this crew. Glad to drive from any part of Leeds if I need a tyre.

  Nice guys but my car has been in for 7 hours for a simple headlight bulb change having been told it would take 30mins to an hour.

  Went in with a flat tyre and asked for it to be replaced. It took 2 hours for them to change the flat tyre and another one that was low on tread. I didn't expect it to take that long... The staff were good though, although lost interest when I didn't want the wheel alignment doing.

  Prices and service was fine, nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either
