  My wife went down for two new tyres today in Newport. She phoned the previous day at 4.30pm (they closed at 5pm) to be told £112 with fitting for both tyre. On arrival they tried to charge her £220! My wife stood her ground and got some fobbing off from the guy on the counter - we fitted them yesterday, the budget ones are £220 etc - unlikely that they could’ve fitted these tyres given the time frames! Luckily the guy who took the call came and verified what my wife was saying. Poor pricing and different people saying different things...hence 1 star

  Bit of a wait but to be fair the young lad who did the tyre was very good and kept me informed all the time

  Avoid at all costs!! They have no booking system. We arrived at midday on a Sunday from Blackwood for a couple of tyres. We were told there would be a 3 hour wait!! What the hell are you supposed to do for 3 hours?? My fiance has to go to them as she has lease hire otherwise we'd use local tyre centres. Kwik they are not!!!!

  If it's tyres and exhaust or your brakes sorting things this is as good as it gets.... although this branch can be very busy....

  Even though I had a very long wait ( they told me that they were vet busy when I arrived) I thought the service was great Very polite and professional Guy in charge? Joe was very attentive to all customers and any calls he took despite being very busy. Great to see good customer service 😉
