  I took my car here for it's MOT which failed due to the front suspension ball joint being excessively damaged. They quoted me £357 for parts and fitting plus £50 for a wheel alignment which I was told was essential. Thinking this was excessive I took my car to it's local Hyundai garage who explained that to replace said part it would cost a total of £123 including fitting. What these cowboys at kwik fit were trying to sell me was the whole suspension arm rather than the single ball joint which was completely unnecessary. The wheel alignment was also not needed. This leads me to believe that they are either a) grossly incompetent or b) a bunch of thieves. I'll let you make your own decision. Either way be careful the don't try and mug you off.

  Kwik Fit, anything but!! Really annoyed with very poor service and very unhelpful staff, after my hire car company rang them and I was told my tyre would be done straight away, I was told by very miserable staff that I had to wait over an hour, I went down the road to King David Tyres who did my tyre straight away, with a smile.
