  If you want tyres don’t bother going here. They are too busy. Went yesterday afternoon to have a tyre looked at. Said they were too busy and come back tomorrow. Went today said there was a three hour wait, couldn’t leave car as too full, if I came back later they couldn’t guarantee doing it as it’s a first come first served based. Suggested I go to a different tyre shop not Kwik Fit!!!!

  I went into this Quick Fit after accidentally damaging one of the valves on my tyre (which had subsequently left me with a flat). The gentleman I dealt with, Mike, was lovely and very helpful. He got my car looked at within a couple of hours and although didn't have the part to fix the valve in the stock, he'd had a temporary rubber valve put into the tyre so I can at least drive on it. And I was very happy to learn that there was no charge! Excellent service which really helped me out when I was in a sticky spot! If they hadn't have been able to help I would have been stranded in Birmingham with no other way to get home.

  Car went in for a MOT over the weekend. The whole staff were lovely. Waiting area was warm, clean and complimentary free drinks that tasted good. The team were really friendly. Will return in the future.
