  Customer service was very poor. Receptionist was rude and sarcastic. Claimed to be busy while a mechanic was giggling at his mobile phone. Computer systems were down, and the receptionist was refusing to look for tires manually. He was upset when a customer asked him "what did we do before PCs", despite being rude and mocking to customers on multiple occasions himself. They're very bad at this. Never again. Took a long time to carry out a simple repair on my tire.

  Verry slow people...and the receptionist is wasting your time for nothing...

  Never again Wembley Kwik Fit centre. I was in there to do MOT test. One of this pseudo mechanics break the thread in one of track rod end bolt with impact wrench, and after that hi said it was already done before. (Hi did this on my eyes) When I start to complain about that they take my car out without any explain, and any note about MOT Test. When two days later I call customer service to ask about refund, they connect me again to the Wembley Kwik Fit centre where manager told me the MOT Test is failed and I can collect my note now. A Bunch of scammers!!!

  Guys there are really heapful and friendly . I did full service and MOT there . Price is also reasonable . Thank you for trusting me when I forgot my wallet home.
