  Cake taste great! but presentation of cake very poor! was very upset, nevertheless they offered to do me another cake , so I thought great!, will definitely buy from here again, went to collect I was asked to pay for it! so I've already paid for a ruined cake, I had to cancel party and do party next day and now I have to pay extra? I was really angry but I needed a cake otherwise I would have said stuff your cake. I got a replacement in the end but it took up so much time, ruined the day who has party 8pm . I wonder if they going to reuse and sell the original cake made day before , why else would they take cake back eeeww never again what an experience I had - very poor customer service

  Tried calling from Canada to send a little cake or something to my brother at the university and their employee was rude didn't even try to accommodate. Not above and beyond, not impressed!!

  I would advise everyone to try their panini's. In particular, Chicken Corriander Panini. It takes 15 minutes to cook, but it is one of the best I have had in Birmingham.

  Nice small cafe however food is always cold and also service is poor.
