  Disgusting service-went in with a sick baby to buy a £4 forehead thermometer and was told the card reader didn't work. Then was made to give my full address, name and signature while she took my card details by hand. Icing on cake was when the woman then claimed the signatures didn't match and shouted to the whole queue that I was using a stolen card!!! And I had an 11-month old feverish baby in her sling on me!! Absolutely bizarre encounter and disgusting that a mother should be made to feel like a criminal and screamed at in front of her poorly baby when I had my card and just wanted to buy my baby a thermometer!!! Weird, and disgraceful.

  As many have already said, some of the staff are very helpful and kind here. Unfortunately, this can't be said for all of the team, and when they misplaced my order I dont feel that I got any reassurance that they were going to remedy the situation. Unapologetic and unhelpful. I will be switching providers.

  Ok, but you always need to wait quite long (actually like everywhere) and multiple times I needed to come back, because they had to order more medications. But people there are usually friendly. Also don't like the new look. I loved the bottles on the display, now looks pale and pharmacy lost the character.

  I visited them for Smoking Cessation and have found the staff very helpful and caring in their approaching. Ignore the review about the lady trying to get cheap drugs for her dog, it's illegal for them (and the owner of the dog) to dispense or administer them in such a way. They have a high-quality product range and prompt service. I moved out of area mid-way through my cessation course and I've made the effort to return, rather than use my local pharmacy.
