  Particularly unhappy with the way one of my clients was made to feel yesterday upon informing you that the puppy she had purchased from me was given a Homeopathic alternative to Vaccinations, and that he was indeed fed a raw diet. Correct me if I am wrong, but is your job to preserve life or to preach in your condescending tones in which you force a grown woman to seek another practice that will respect the way she has chosen to raise her puppy? She has indeed done this by the way, Norcross Vets conduct themselves in a professional manner. May I kindly point out that if a GP behaved in this way towards the Parent of a child who chose to avoid vaccinations (which I also do by the way) they would find themselves under Disciplinary action. I am certain you'll hit back with a very tactical response about how your job is to keep the animals healthy and protect them from so on and so on. You are sales people, and you sell a product. You are a profitable organisation. My family have bred dogs for 28 years. Five of those have been Vaccination free. Would you like the stats of recorded illnesses of which the Vaccinations prevent? ZERO... OR What about breed specific issues? Skin problems, BOAS, Patella issues, again.. Zero. Please do not insult my knowledge or intentions. My dogs are my life, I would put my life on the fact that they are cared for and fed better than the majority of your staff. I also, do not think that a Receptionist is qualified to give medical advice. Therefore should keep their remarks to themselves and I quote "he's a stomach bug waiting to happen" BAD PRACTICE.

  Best vets around. Would never go anywhere else. Kind people who are very caring towards the animals and are looked after superbly when in their care. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you all at Lanes Vets

  They really get to know your pet and the owners. They are warm, friendly and put my 2 dogs, Salt & Pepper, at ease instantly. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Highly recommended

  My dogs have always come here. Great vets with superb facilities and excellent emergency cover albeit a bit away at Garstang. Can’t recom them high enough I’d give them ten stars!
