  Stay away! I used Langleys when I bought my first property and they were a disgrace: incapable of answering simple questions, not transferring the money to the sellers solicitor until 16:30 on the day keys were exchanged despite telling me this would be done at 09:00, charging ridiculous fees for 5 minute jobs and having no idea what customer service is.

  I bought my first house using the conveyancing services at Langleys solicitors. I spoke to both Chloe Anderson and Billie Yockney who were both excellent. They were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I never had to chase anything, I was kept informed always and I found them very efficient. I would definitely use them in the future for any house purchases and I would recommend them to anyone. EXCELLENT :-)

  Used Langley’s to purchase my first property after my mum used them for accidental claims and I can't recommend any higher. I thought they were very professional, honest and clearly explained legal documentation which can be sometimes hard to understand. Every occasion I contacted my solicitor for information or ask a question they always took time to explain; along with honesty I feel this is a great service. Would use again, excellent.
