  Nice, small businesses. Chatty, friendly and helpful owners. Once forgot my detergent and the owner poured me some for free because I had no extra change. Another time, had to go do some shopping and because I took so long to come back, she moved my laundry from the washing machine to the dryer at no extra charge. Absolutely lovely thing to do. Only one very big machine though, so be prepared to wait if you have duvets and beddings that can only fit into the big one. Lots of smaller machines, no problem with those. Plenty of parking space and magazines to keep you company while waiting, and the locals that meet them are friendly and outgoing too.

  My coat was dry cleaned and it was done to a high standard. I had a bad exsperience from a member of staff but the boss saw my 1 star review and personally phoned me to appolgise. What a lovely lady it definatley made up for the bad service. :)

  Used this place for years but had a bad experience with Cheryl she washed my clothes one day and dried them the next so they stank of damp, I took them back and politely explained the problem which was no problem to the other lady who was in that day she called spoke to the Boss and then the next day I got a very rude abusive phone call from Cheryl who I told if yiu continue to be rude I will put the phone down she insulted me more so I did just that. I then got a personal phone call from the owners apologing for her atitude and mistake and offered to wash the clothes again, I was happy until I just took my clothes in for a service wash and dry today and Cheryl was in she said "I won't be doing your laundry not for you" why I asked she said because I put the phone down on her. I said I warned you if you continued to be rude I would hang up so as you continued to insult me that's what I did told her I got a phone call from the owner apologising and offering to put right your mistake it's not my fault you dried them a different day to washing them therefore making them smell. She said "if you think I was rude to you on the phone that's nothing just you wait" Due to Cheryl I will be taking my business away from here i spent between £40-£50 every month having my laundry service wash and dried that's over £500 a year business lost due to this staffs bad attitude I'm sure the owners will be incredibly pleased with her.....

  Always clean! Normally a member of staff present doing service washes and willing to assist you. Negative, usually busy.
