  Excellent store with amazing customer service. Highly recommend their Design Service. Not expensive and helped me from not making an expensive mistake !

  The staff are so arrogant and opinionated. I had a terrible experience and subsequently I had to report my distressing experience to the Laura Ashley head office. I've spent so much mone, but I will never forget how rude the staff are. They are very judgmental and lack any positive customer service. Head office apologised and informed me that the staff would be retrained. Too late , first impressions last. Never shopping in the Oxford store again!

  I've had nothing but friendly, helpful service from this store. They bent over backwards to rectify a problem I had made in ordering the wrong amount of material and nothing has been too much trouble for them.
