  Lovely sofas , recieved a damaged sofa reported upon delivery and that was December 2017 and to date they still not sorted it out been told it has already been 4 months , cannot send a repair guy because where I live is too far from Birmingham and the cannot replace either. Stay away from this company appalling service from start to finish. I would not even give it a 1 star rating

  Appalling customer service! I recently visited the Bromford Lane branch where I was persuaded into purchasing 2 3-seater leather sofas. Firstly, I was suprised at the lack of organisation as when i tried to pay the deposit with my card, I was unable to do this as the visa debit card machine hadn’t been switched on that morning. Furthermore, they assured me that the sofas I had chosen were in stock and would be delivered to me in the coming days. On what was supposed to be the day of delivery, not having heard anything from the company, I rang them up only to be told that they could not locate the sofas. When I challenged why I had to ring up on the day of delivery to be told this information, rather than try to find a solution to the problem, they abruptly suggested that I cancel the order. I was not allowed to speak to the manager as the woman i spoke to refused to let me take the query further or complain.I feel that I have had a lucky escape from these cowboy sofa dealers but I am writing this review to warn others of the situation as they completely wasted my time.

  An awful experience. Whilst the sofas are good value, the after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. I was delivered mis-matched sofas, with one damaged. I took time off work for replacements to be delivered and they didn’t turn up. Requested a refund, which took a long time to come through and had to be chased up to be sorted out. It then took 4 further attempts for the sofas to be collected. The whole experience took a month and was a huge hassle.

  I had a great experience shopping on Leather Sofa World. They have a different type of sofas and beds. Highly recommended for those looking for good furniture at a reasonable price.
