  Audi Leeds service is absolutely disgraceful; from the way they book you for service from the call centre to servicing and repairs to the cars themselves. Feel absolutely disgusted, pay all this money and get treated with no respect and they treat you with such attitude that we are not worthy to own high end cars Definitely avoid. Would have given no stars if that was possible.

  Thank you Leeds Audi for looking at my car at short notice. Thankfully, you were able to sort and look after me at the same time. Fingers crossed I don't need you again for any time soon.

  Can’t express enough how great this place is for new and used cars. The staff are brilliant! Had my car within days with no hassle! Did find a few marks on the driver mirror but that was sorted within minutes! Extremely happy ☺️

  Not too happy. Whilst they are polite and courteous they always seem on edge and don't give you the information you need. Today I've had a service but they failed to tell me that any faults are reported by email hence my car wasn't ready until late. Certainly not the best car dealership I've dealt with

  Have bought Audi A6. Seats were different colour from the advertised (but my wife liked them so I didn't complained to much). Milage numbers on sales paper and on actual car where different. Then I have agreed with them that they will make/tint back windows darker but when arrived to take car it wasn't done, so they have used near to them garage and tinted windows there... have been done in less than an hour(normally it takes half a day to do it proper). Expected to be original Audi job but got corner garage rubbish.. bubbles all over the back windows where guy put his tint/film. It would be better if I used guy that I know then I would have been sure it's a decent job. Not best experience overall, thought people should know.
