::Would be 5 star but the stuck up lady in first class lounge got snotty with me about wether I was meant to be there even after I had shown her my 1st class train ticket, she suggested that my destination was with another train company and that i should not use the 1st class lounge as my trains final destination was not on their route even though I was using their train to get half way to my destination. I know I looked a bit scruffy in my work boots and ripped up coat, but you shouldn't judge me solely on the exterior, just because I dress like a tramp does not mean you should treat me like I am a tramp. The way I was looked at by staff both at the station and on the trains was disgusting. I was the only person in my 1st class coach who had his ticket checked and I was missed out on one train for the complimentary food and drink that my fellow passengers all enjoyed, even after having my ticket checked and one conductor telling me I was in the wrong part of the train, without checking my ticket, when i showed my ticket I did not get an apology or a drink or packet of biscuits, never mind some cooked food, like everyone else.

::En general me atendieron muy bien, únicamente uno de los operarios de la estación (Información) pareció costarle explicarme amablemente dónde tenÃa que coger mi tren (lo interrumpà enreando con su móvil y eso debió molestarle). Pero eso no quita la amabilidad con la que me trataron los hasta 4 operarios más con los que traté a lo largo de dos dÃas que estuve y pase por allÃ. En el exterior, la estación dispone de McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Starbucks...y muchas y diversas tiendas.

::Served by a lovely lady called Anne from the travel shop. Wanted to top up my weekly travel card, this service is only available from the machines outside and she took her time to show me how. Previous week another member of staff told me I could only top up at the Bus Station. I commend her for knowledge and care which I did not get the first time. It’s service like this that makes a difference. Thank you Anne
