  Wow! I'm was blown away by the effort Paul Edge put in to go out make me a little video last weekend for a car I am looking to buy. A lovely touch and very thoughtful, +1 for great service, thank you very much. Paul made sure we were comfortable and understood everything we needed and we enjoyed a great test drive too. I look forward to closing the deal him soon. Great service all round.

  I was looking for a new Golf and went into Leeds Volkswagen after having had a look around a few other garages. The service I got at Leeds Volkswagen compared to the other places was amazing. I was given time to browse without being hassled (well apart from being offered a nice cup of coffee!!). When it came to talking to a sales person the whole process was easy, and, the person I had (Rob Parsons) was very good, he listened to what I wanted and nothing to was too much trouble from test driving the car to the various changes in the spec whilst coming to an agreed price. So a thank you to Rob for the service he gave me. My car is apparently now in transit to the UK so not long to go!!
