  Lets Direct have been professional, very personable and helpful. They did their utmost to find suitable tenants and continue with very positive support. I highly recommend them.

  This company promises much and delivers zip. Rude in their dealings, slow in making payments, they hang onto security deposits that belong NOT to them but to either a landlord or tenant. Do not touch with a bargepole. Go to a proper ARLA letting agent and pay a bit more - it will save you money and pain.

  This agency has a convencing appearance and web site to get your business but do not be confuse costs benifits for quality. As a landlord I found their vetting service inadequate for new tenants and signed up tenants which only stayed 4 weeks and suddenly left without notice. The deposit was held by the agent in their deposit scheme and on getting it back has refused to hand it back to the landlord despite the lease terms confirming this is in lieu of notice. The tenants caused signifient damage and the agent has refused to give contact details for them. ADVICE FOR LANDLORDS AND TENANTS - Find another agent if you dont want any hassle.
