  Never buy a car from them I had brought a q7 from them and I told them about the fault with in a week but they gave it to Toyota to fix it how dum of them to give a German car to Toyota. but the fault has not been put right yet .

  We just purchased our third Lexus vehicle but this time was first time purchase for my wife, a CT200h. My wife is now another Lexus customer for life not just because she’s delighted with the car but also the exceptional Lexus customer service. Matthew took great care of us during the sales process but also aftersales as well. Matthew is a credit to Lexus due to his professionalism, friendly and very helpful approach.   I know everyone is giving feedback on their product recalls recently. So, I can't say how impressive Nottingham Lexus were yesterday, had a ct200 as a courtesy car, and if I'm honest, I loved it. Went back to my car cleaned inside and out, and considerably more fuel. Not so much that , but the service was impressive too , video sent to my phone of the health check and I'm pretty sure that they've taken my handbrake up. Well impressed to say the least
