::The quality of the products are not as good as Aldi, walking around there were quite a few fruit and vegetables that had a significant amount of mould on so be vigilant, fix up Lidl!

::Newly rebuilt and opened late 2017 on an existing Lidl site. Free car parking for 90mins, clean store, open till late and variety of goods at good prices. BUT what puts me off the most is when you try to talk to staff, they have a very bad offish attitude. I started to think the staff are getting pushed around by management ? Nonetheless it looks more like "what do you want" rather than "can I help you" AND worst of all they never smile. They all need to go on a CRM course. I only noticed this in this Lidl compared to another 3 I usually visit.

::Since the the reopening we have been spending much more time shopping at lidls, it's clean, fresh and it has a bakery!! Yes that's right freshly baked bread, cakes, doughnuts and pizza slices and many more, The staff are helpful and it's nice to see some of the old staff still there! Cheap but quality food and good's, The only downfall would be there's only usually 2 tills open and that means longer waiting for check out!

::Love the bakery but hate it now since the manager stopped me from taking pictures of bakery. Turns out it's Lidl policy to not allow pictures. I wonder what are they trying to hide?So reduced from 4 to 2 star. Not gonna go there again

::Used to love shopping here for our weekly shop when it first opened! The last few weeks have been dire!! No milk! No sugar!! Hardly any meat in fridge area!! The place looks untidy!! What on earth has happened? Even the people working there look miserable! Pull your finger out Lidl, Kings Heath. Otherwise you are going to lose customers!!!!!!!
