  I have been a big fan of Links of London for years. The manager and staff really go the extra mile. I took in an old gold bracelet and was told that it was no longer possible to get spare links. However despite this the manager located links and did not even charge. I thought i had misheard when he said this. He also located another bracelet for me so i am a very happy bunny. They deserve all success now and in the future. Thank you and so refreshing to get good old fashioned service from people who really care about their customers. Well done all.

  Beautiful shop & staff are always so helpful and attentive without being pushy. The Manager Michelle in particular is fantastic, a real asset to the company.

  my wife took her gold bracelet to the shop today after her work as it had loosened off and she was afraid to wear it. She was informed it would need to be restrung and that they charge £10. My wife agreed but then was told they cannot do the repair until 16/1/14. My wife was upset as she wanted to wear it over the holiday period, the ideal opportunity to wear good jewellery. The girl wasn't very helpful and kept saying sorry, we are not doing repairs during December and right up to 16/1/14. She would not even accept the bracelet in to the shop, my wife was told to come back and hand it in after 16/1/14. This is very poor service from a so called top quality retailer and my wife is very disappointed. She has stated she will never purchase anything from your store again. regards John Wynne
