  Friendly experienced staff, our little boy dealt with the haircut very well thanks to that and was happy watching Paw Patrol.

  I was a bit nervous about taking my restless 15 month old for a first cut but Katie did a great job. It always felt safe. He didn't lose too much hair either - they listened to me and just made him look neat and tidy.
