  extremely dry cake inedible..happened a couple of weeks ago and today again ...would never recommend..paid£4.50 and i was not even given receipt as well.. disgusting

  Order for a future order for 10:30 but come at 6 told them didn’t want it yet so Came at 10:30 cream on my milkshake was frozen and seemed like they gave us the same waffle what they made earlier heard manager talking sayin they made the milkshake at 5

  Absolute disgusting the custard was absolutely freezing,cornflake tart cake was solid as a rock don't recommend this place to anyone.

  After waiting an hour and 25 minutes for our order to be delivered to our home,opening the bag was a disappointment two cookie dough which at first we thought was a pancake it was that thin,a tiny piece of chocolate brownie which looked and felt stale and a rock hard piece of "old school" cornflake cake that probably was made around the time i was last at school in the 90's absolutely disgusted that this cost nearly 20 pounds.this was my first time ordering from the little dessert shop and will be my last.how this place has not shut down already is beyond me.I would have gotten better from buying a frozen pound dessert from Iceland at least i would have known what the expiry dates would have been from there.

  Terrible attitude & service!! After ordering over the phone I went instore to collect as delivery was 1hr 40min. On entering there was approx 5 staff members who were there however not one of them acknowledged me until after around 2 mins. After asking me if I was alright? ( I would have at the very least expected a "Hello welcome to LDS" I then explained we had placed an order over the phone. The time taken to prepare this was reasonable so no complaints there. The cashier was a young white lady who clearly know's no checkpoint manners as the asked for £9.90 with no please and no thank you to follow. This may seem minor to some but in my book very unprofessional. To make the experience worse there were 2 male staff that seemed to whisper to each other whilst looking over to me. This makes customers feel most unwelcome aswell as uncomfortable!! I will never return to this branch having been to 4 other branches where the experience was much better.
