  Wonderful place with probably the widest selection of produce this side of old Brompton road. Great facilities free parking customer toilets free coffees the cafe upstairs serves great breakfasts. Wide selection of John Lewis clothing too.

  Truly the most friendly personal I have ever met - I had forgotten my daughter´s Micro Scooter in front of their door - left it there overnight ! Without much hope was asking the next day - they had secured and stored the roller in their basement. JUST WONDERFUL ! extremely friendly and attentive - only drawback they never have enough people at the cashiers desk so "wait"- rose ......

  Lost my wallet while I was in there at the self service checkout..looked everywhere..even went out and backtracked all the way to Sth.Ken tube. Came back and it had been found and safely stored (was stuck in the food packaging ...seriously.) I've never met a more helpful and friendly staff and I've been in a LOT of Waitroses...

  A good selection of items but a very dysfunctional layout that needs getting used to. However they have a nice selection of ready made meals as well as salads and sandwiches. The bakery section is quite lovely but I feel that many customer use their hands to select the pastry of their option. They have a comprehensive selection of wines and beers. There are self service tills and the staff is always helpfull and friendly. There is no parking which is inconvenient.
